Abstract:
(EN) The microneedle device according to the present invention comprises: a substrate, a microneedle disposed on the substrate, and a coating formed on the microneedle, the coating containing dexmedetomidine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and isoproterenol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Using said microneedle device results in a rapid increase in plasma dexmedetomidine concentration following application of the microneedle device.
(FR) Le dispositif à micro-aiguille selon la présente invention comprend : un substrat, une micro-aiguille disposée sur le substrat, et un revêtement formé sur la micro-aiguille, le revêtement contenant de la dexmédétomidine ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci, et de l'isoprotérénol ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci. L'utilisation dudit dispositif à micro-aiguille conduit à une augmentation rapide de la concentration plasmatique de dexmédétomidine suite à l'application du dispositif à micro-aiguille.
(JA) 本発明のマイクロニードルデバイスは、基板と、基板上に配置されたマイクロニードルと、マイクロニードル上に形成されたコーティングと、を備え、コーティングは、デクスメデトミジン又はその薬学的に許容可能な塩と、イソプロテレノール又はその薬学的に許容可能な塩とを含む。かかるマイクロニードルデバイスによれば、マイクロニードルデバイス適用後の血漿中のデクスメデトミジン濃度の上昇速度が速い。
