Abstract:
(EN) A high-frequency module (2) for simultaneously transmitting and receiving a plurality of signals including at least a received signal in a first frequency band and a received signal in a second frequency band is provided with a first receiving circuit (21) which processes the received signal in the first frequency band. The first receiving circuit (21) includes: a first board; a first low-noise amplifier (211) mounted on a main surface of the first board; and a first filter circuit (212) which is connected to an output terminal of the first low-noise amplifier (211), and at least part of which is formed on the main surface of the first board. The first filter circuit (212) attenuates a spurious component which is generated by a transmission signal in the first frequency band being input into the first low-noise amplifier (211) and which is included in the transmission signal in the first frequency band and has a frequency band that overlaps the frequency band of the received signal in the second frequency band.
(FR) L'invention concerne un module haute fréquence (2) pour émettre et recevoir simultanément une pluralité de signaux comprenant au moins un signal reçu dans une première bande de fréquences et un signal reçu dans une seconde bande de fréquences, lequel est pourvu d'un premier circuit de réception (21) qui traite le signal reçu dans la première bande de fréquences. Le premier circuit de réception (21) comprend : une première carte ; un premier amplificateur de faible bruit (211) monté sur une surface principale de la première carte ; et un premier circuit de filtre (212) qui est connecté à une borne de sortie du premier amplificateur à faible bruit (211), et dont au moins une partie est formée sur la surface principale de la première carte. Le premier circuit de filtre (212) atténue une composante parasite qui est générée par un signal de transmission dans la première bande de fréquence qui est entrée dans le premier amplificateur à faible bruit (211) et qui est incluse dans le signal de transmission dans la première bande de fréquence, et a une bande de fréquence qui chevauche la bande de fréquence du signal reçu dans la seconde bande de fréquence.
