Title: ALL-SOLID-STATE LITHIUM ION BATTERY
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an all-solid-state lithium ion battery which comprises a solid electrolyte, a negative electrode and a positive electrode, and wherein: the solid electrolyte is composed of at least one substance selected from among oxide-based solid electrolytes and sulfide-based solid electrolytes; the 50% diameter (D50) in a volume-based cumulative particle diameter distribution is 0.1-10 μm; the negative electrode contains the solid electrolyte, a negative electrode active material and a conductive assistant; the negative electrode active material contains graphite particles that have a graphite crystal interplanar spacing d002 of 0.3360-0.3370 nm and a D50 of 1-10 μm; and the negative electrode contains 35-45 parts by mass of the negative electrode active material, 45-55 parts by mass of the solid electrolyte and 5-10 parts by mass of the conductive assistant. The present invention enables the achievement of an all-solid-state lithium ion battery which is increased in the contact area between a solid electrolyte and a negative electrode active material, while enabling improved intercalation/deintercalation reactions of lithium ions, and which therefore has high safety, low resistance and a long cycle life.
