Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for recovering a protein of interest from a mixture that contains the protein of interest and a material that is different from the protein of interest. This method for recovering a protein comprises: a dissolution step wherein a pressure is applied to a solution for dissolution, which contains the mixture and a polar solvent, while heating the solution, so that either the protein of interest or the material is dissolved; and a separation step wherein the thus-obtained dissolution liquid is separated.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de capture de protéine qui est destiné à capturer une protéine cible à partir d'un mélange contenant ladite protéine cible, et un ingrédient distinct de ladite protéine cible. Le procédé de l'invention comporte : une étape de dissolution au cours de laquelle ladite protéine cible ou ledit ingrédient est dissous par chauffage et simultanément application d'une pression, vis-à-vis d'une solution contenant ledit mélange et un solvant polaire; et une étape de séparation au cours de laquelle le liquide de dissolution ainsi obtenu est séparé.
