Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a technique with which it is possible to easily carry out molding and to suppress deformation of an insert member when producing a resin molded article using an insert member that has low pressure resistance. This method for producing a resin molded article includes a step for disposing an insert member in the cavity of a mold, a step for injecting molten resin into the cavity, a step for terminating injection after the molten resin reaches an overflow portion in the cavity and before the molten resin fills the overflow portion, and a step for separating the resin of the overflow portion.
(FR) La présente invention aborde le problème de la fourniture d'une technique avec laquelle il est possible de réaliser facilement un moulage et de supprimer la déformation d'un élément d'insert lors de la production d'un article moulé en résine à l'aide d'un élément d'insert qui a une faible résistance à la pression. Ce procédé de fabrication d'un article moulé en résine comprend une étape consistant à disposer un élément d'insert dans la cavité d'un moule, une étape consistant à injecter de la résine fondue dans la cavité, une étape consistant à terminer l'injection après que la résine fondue a atteint une partie de trop-plein dans la cavité et avant que la résine fondue remplisse la partie de trop-plein, et une étape consistant à séparer la résine de la partie de trop-plein.
(JA) 耐圧力の低いインサート部材を用いて樹脂成形物を製造するにあたり、容易に成形できると共に、インサート部材の変形を抑制できる技術を提供することを課題とする。本発明の樹脂成形物の製造方法は、金型の空洞にインサート部材を配置する工程、前記空洞内に溶融樹脂を注入する工程、前記溶融樹脂が前記空洞内のオーバーフロー部に達してから前記溶融樹脂が前記オーバーフロー部を満たす前までに前記注入を終了する工程、および前記オーバーフロー部の樹脂を分離する工程、を含む。
