Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an x-ray imaging panel that can suppress leakage current. Also provided is a production method for the x-ray imaging panel. An imaging panel 1 generates an image on the basis of scintillation light obtained from x-rays that have passed through a subject. The imaging panel 1 comprises, on a substrate, a photoelectric conversion layer 15 that converts the scintillation light into electric charge. In plan view, the photoelectric conversion layer 15 has a polygonal shape that has a plurality of corner parts 15p. Each of the plurality of corner parts 15p has a plurality of corners that have interior angles of more than 90°.
(FR) L'invention concerne un panneau d'imagerie à rayons X qui peut supprimer un courant de fuite. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production du panneau d'imagerie à rayons X. Un panneau d'imagerie 1 génère une image sur la base d'une lumière de scintillation acquise à partir de rayons X qui ont traversé un objet. Le panneau d'imagerie 1 comprend, sur un substrat, une couche de conversion photoélectrique 15 qui convertit la lumière de scintillation en une charge électrique. Dans une vue en plan, la couche de conversion photoélectrique 15 a une forme polygonale qui a une pluralité de parties de coin 15p.
