L'invention concerne un dispositif de codage (100) qui réalise d'autres améliorations pourvu d'un circuit de traitement et d'une mémoire. À l'aide de cette mémoire, le circuit de traitement convertit chacun des blocs, comprenant respectivement une pluralité de pixels, en un bloc comprenant une pluralité de coefficients de conversion à l'aide de la base, reconstruit un bloc comprenant la pluralité de pixels par réalisation d'au moins une conversion inverse sur chaque bloc comprenant la pluralité de coefficients de conversion, détermine des caractéristiques de filtre pour la limite de deux blocs reconstruits adjacents l'un à l'autre sur la base d'une combinaison des bases utilisées pour la conversion de chacun des deux blocs (étapes S1201, S1202), et effectue un processus de filtre de déblocage ayant les caractéristiques de filtre déterminées (étape S1203).

さらなる改善を実現する符号化装置(100)は、処理回路と、メモリとを備え、処理回路は、そのメモリを用いて、それぞれ複数の画素からなるブロックごとに、基底を用いて、当該ブロックを、複数の変換係数からなるブロックに変換し、その複数の変換係数からなるブロックごとに、当該ブロックに対して少なくとも逆変換を行うことによって、複数の画素からなるブロックを再構成し、再構成された互いに隣接する2つのブロックのそれぞれの変換に用いられた基底の組み合わせに基づいて、その2つのブロックの境界に対するフィルタ特性を決定し(ステップS1201、S1202)、決定されたフィルタ特性を有するデブロッキングフィルタ処理を行う(ステップS1203)。
