Abstract
(EN) Provided are a vibration suppression device 50, a machine tool provided with the vibration suppression device 50, and a vibration suppression method using the vibration suppression device 50. The vibration suppression device 50 is provided with: a deflection member 52 having a first position F fixed to a structure 10, the first position F being the fixed end of a cantilever beam, and a second position S on the free end side; and a weight 54 attached to the deflection member 52 at the second position S, the vibration suppression device 50 having an adjustment mechanism for changing the distance L between the first position F and the second position S, whereby vibration of the structure can be effectively suppressed, and vibration can be effectively suppressed with a simple adjustment when the characteristics of a generated vibration differ.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de suppression des vibrations (50), une machine-outil équipée du dispositif de suppression des vibrations (50), et un procédé de suppression des vibrations utilisant le dispositif de suppression des vibrations (50). Le dispositif de suppression de vibrations (50) est pourvu : d'un élément de déviation (52) ayant une première position F fixée à une structure (10), la première position F étant l'extrémité fixe d'une poutre en porte-à-faux, et une seconde position S sur le côté d'extrémité libre ; et d'un poids (54) fixé à l'élément de déviation (52) au niveau de la seconde position S, le dispositif de suppression de vibrations (50) ayant un mécanisme de réglage pour changer la distance L entre la première position F et la seconde position S, grâce à quoi les vibrations de la structure peuvent être efficacement supprimées, et les vibrations peuvent être efficacement supprimées avec un réglage simple lorsque les caractéristiques d'une vibration générée diffèrent.
