Abstract:
(EN) The present invention comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a non-aqueous electrolyte. The negative electrode includes a negative electrode material, an adhesive, and a thickener. The negative electrode material includes a lithium-silicate phase and Si particles dispersed in the lithium-silicate phase. The ratio of the Si particles in the negative electrode material is at least 30 mass %. The adhesive includes a poly(meth)acrylate, the thickener includes a carboxyalkylcellulose, and the amount of the poly(meth)acrylate is 0.1 wt. % or more and 5 wt. % or less relative to 100 wt. % of the cathode material. The non-aqueous electrolyte relates to a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary cell including lithium salt, a non-aqueous solvent, and an acid displaying pKa of 1 to 30 in 25°C water. The non-aqueous electrolyte secondary cell of the present invention can minimize the production of gas when stored at high temperatures and can ensure good cycle characteristics.
(FR) La présente invention comprend une électrode positive, une électrode négative et un électrolyte non aqueux. L'électrode négative comprend un matériau d'électrode négative, un adhésif et un épaississant. Le matériau d'électrode négative comprend une phase de silicate de lithium et des particules de Si dispersées dans la phase de silicate de lithium. Le taux de particules de Si dans le matériau d'électrode négative est d'au moins 30 % en masse. L'adhésif comprend un poly (méth)acrylate, l'épaississant comprend une carboxyalkylcellulose, et la teneur en poly (méth) acrylate est de 0,1 % en poids ou plus, et de 5 % en poids ou moins par rapport à 100 % en poids du matériau de cathode. L'électrolyte non aqueux concerne un accumulateur à électrolyte non aqueux comprenant un sel de lithium, un solvant non aqueux et un acide présentant un pKa de 1 à 30 dans de l'eau à 25 °C. L'accumulateur à électrolyte non aqueux de la présente invention permet de réduire à un minimum la production de gaz lorsqu'il est stocké à des températures élevées et d'assurer de bonnes caractéristiques de cycle.
(JA) 本発明は、正極と、負極と、非水電解質と、を備える。負極は、負極材料と、結着剤と、増粘剤と、を含み、負極材料は、リチウムシリケート相と、リチウムシリケート相内に分散しているSi粒子と、を含む。負極材料中に占めるSi粒子の比率は、30質量%以上である。結着剤は、ポリ(メタ)アクリル酸類を含み、増粘剤は、カルボキシアルキルセルロース類を含み、負極材料100質量部に対して、ポリ(メタ)アクリル酸類の量は、0.1質量部以上5質量部以下である。非水電解質は、リチウム塩と、非水溶媒と、25℃の水中で1~30のpKaを示す酸とを含む、非水電解質二次電池に関する。 本発明の非水電解質二次電池は、高温保存時のガスの発生を抑制できるとともに、優れたサイクル特性を確保することができる。
