Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a surface-protective film for optical use provided with a separator layered on the surface-protective film for optical use, in which voids are provided in a polyester-based substrate constituting the separator and the specific gravity of the polyester-based substrate is kept low, whereby the weight of the separator as such is kept low and the separator has excellent workability, and the occurrence of dents due to the separator can be suppressed by the excellent cushioning properties of the separator obtained by having voids. This surface-protective film for optical use provided with a separator has a surface-protective film for optical use having an adhesive layer on at least one surface of a substrate film, and a separator on the reverse surface of the substrate film from the surface thereof in contact with the adhesive layer, and is characterized in that the separator has a release layer and a polyester-based substrate, the separator having voids in the polyester-based substrate, and the specific gravity of the polyester-based substrate being 1.2 g/cm3 or less.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un film protecteur de surface à usage optique comprenant un séparateur stratifié sur le film protecteur de surface à usage optique, dans lequel des vides sont formés dans un substrat à base de polyester constituant le séparateur et la masse volumique du substrat à base de polyester est maintenue basse, ce par quoi le poids du séparateur en tant que tel est maintenu bas et le séparateur a une excellente aptitude au façonnage, et l'apparition de bosses due au séparateur peut être supprimée par les excellentes propriétés d'amortissement du séparateur obtenues par la présence des vides. Le film protecteur de surface à usage optique comprenant un séparateur comprend un film protecteur de surface à usage optique ayant une couche adhésive sur au moins une surface d'un film de substrat, et un séparateur sur la surface verso du film de substrat à partir de sa surface en contact avec la couche adhésive, et est caractérisé en ce que le séparateur comprend une couche de décollement et un substrat à base de polyester, le séparateur ayant des vides dans le substrat à base de polyester, et la masse volumique du substrat à base de polyester étant de 1,2 g/cm3 ou moins.
(JA) 本発明は、光学用表面保護フィルムに積層するセパレータを構成するポリエステル系基材に空洞を設け、ポリエステル系基材の比重を低く抑えることで、セパレータ自体の重量を低く抑え、作業性に優れ、更に、空洞を有することで、クッション性に優れたセパレータにより、セパレータに起因する打痕の発生を抑えることができるセパレータ付き光学用表面保護フィルムを提供する。本発明のセパレータ付き光学用表面保護フィルムは、基材フィルムの少なくとも片面に粘着剤層を有する光学用表面保護フィルム、及び、前記基材フィルムの粘着剤層と接触する面と反対面に、セパレータを有するセパレータ付き光学用表面保護フィルムであって、前記セパレータが、離型層とポリエステル系基材を有し、前記ポリエステル系基材中に空洞を有し、前記ポリエステル系基材の比重が１．２ｇ／ｃｍ３以下であることを特徴とする。
