Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides an optical surface protection film provided with a separator. The optical surface protection film provided with a separator is positionally adjusted on the surface of an optical member using an automatic lamination machine. When the optical member surface protection film is to be laminated after the separator has been peeled off, it is possible to laminate the optical surface protection film to the surface of the optical member in the correct position. The position adjustment performance based on the separator is exceptional. This optical surface protection film provided with a separator has an optical surface protection film having an adhesive layer on at least one surface of a substrate film, and a separator on the surface of the substrate film opposite from the surface contacting the adhesive layer, wherein the optical surface protection film provided with a separator is characterized in that the separator has a release layer and a base material, the haze of the separator is 90% or more, and total light ray transmittance is 50% or less.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un film de protection de surface optique pourvu d'un séparateur. Le film de protection de surface optique pourvu d'un séparateur est ajusté en position sur la surface d'un élément optique à l'aide d'une machine de stratification automatique. Lorsque le film de protection de surface d'élément optique doit être stratifié après que le séparateur a été décollé, il est possible de stratifier le film de protection de surface optique sur la surface de l'élément optique dans la bonne position. La performance d'ajustement de position basée sur le séparateur est exceptionnelle. Ce film de protection de surface optique pourvu d'un séparateur comporte un film de protection de surface optique ayant une couche adhésive sur au moins une surface d'un film de substrat, et un séparateur sur la surface du film de substrat opposé à la surface en contact avec la couche adhésive, le film de protection de surface optique étant pourvu d'un séparateur étant caractérisé en ce que le séparateur comporte une couche de libération et un matériau de base, le voile du séparateur est de 90 % ou plus, et la transmittance totale de rayons lumineux est de 50 % ou moins.
(JA) 本発明は、光学部材表面に、セパレータ付き光学用表面保護フィルムを自動貼り合せ機を用いて、位置調整し、セパレータ剥離後の光学部材用表面保護フィルムを貼り合せる際に、セパレータに基づく位置調整性に優れ、光学部材表面に正確な位置で光学用表面保護フィルムの貼付が可能なセパレータ付き光学用表面保護フィルムを提供する。本発明のセパレータ付き光学用表面保護フィルムは、基材フィルムの少なくとも片面に粘着剤層を有する光学用表面保護フィルム、及び、前記基材フィルムの粘着剤層と接触する面と反対面に、セパレータを有するセパレータ付き光学用表面保護フィルムであって、前記セパレータが、離型層と基材を有し、前記セパレータのヘイズが、90%以上、全光線透過率が、50%以下であることを特徴とする。
