Abstract:
(EN) A gas detection device (1030) comprises a gas sensor (200) and a drive circuit. The drive circuit includes a measurement circuit (1011), a power supply circuit (1032), and a control circuit (1033). The gas sensor (200) comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode; a metal oxide layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; and an insulating film that covers the first electrode, the second electrode, and the metal oxide layer and that has an opening exposing a part of the main surface of the second electrode. The resistance value of the metal oxide layer decreases when gas containing hydrogen atoms comes into contact with the second electrode. When the resistance value of the metal oxide layer deviates from a predetermined range, the drive circuit applies a predetermined voltage between the first electrode and the second electrode to restore the resistance value of the metal oxide layer to the predetermined range.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de détection de gaz (1030) qui comprend un capteur de gaz (200) et un circuit d'attaque. Le circuit d'attaque comprend un circuit de mesure (1011), un circuit d'alimentation électrique (1032) et un circuit de commande (1033). Le capteur de gaz (200) comprend : une première électrode ; une seconde électrode ; une couche d'oxyde métallique disposée entre la première électrode et la seconde électrode ; et un film isolant qui recouvre la première électrode, la seconde électrode et la couche d'oxyde métallique et qui a une ouverture exposant une partie de la surface principale de la seconde électrode. La valeur de résistance de la couche d'oxyde métallique diminue lorsqu'un gaz contenant des atomes d'hydrogène entre en contact avec la seconde électrode. Lorsque la valeur de résistance de la couche d'oxyde métallique s'écarte d'une plage prédéterminée, le circuit d'attaque applique une tension prédéterminée entre la première électrode et la seconde électrode pour ramener la valeur de résistance de la couche d'oxyde métallique dans la plage prédéterminée.
