Abstract:
(EN) During dephosphorization processing of molten iron (2) by adding an oxygen source (dephosphorization agent (11, 12) or a gaseous oxygen source (9)) and a refining agent (7) as a lime source to the molten iron (2) accommodated in a molten-iron holding container (1), a refining agent having an Ig-loss value of 4.0% by mass to 35.0% by mass and including 60% by mass of quicklime is used as the refining agent (7).
(FR) Pendant le traitement de déphosphoration de la fonte liquide (2) par addition d'une source d'oxygène (agent de déphosphoration (11, 12) ou une source d'oxygène gazeux (9)) et d'un agent d'affinage (7), en tant que source de chaux, à la fonte liquide (2) reçue dans un récipient (1) de maintien de la fonte liquide, un agent d'affinage ayant une valeur de perte au feu de 4,0 % en masse à 35,0 % en masse et comprenant 60 % en masse de chaux vive est utilisé en tant qu'agent d'affinage (7).
(JA) 溶銑保持容器(1)に収容された溶銑(2)に、石灰源となる精錬剤(7)と酸素源(脱燐剤(11,12)や気体酸素源(9))とを添加することで溶銑(2)を脱燐処理する際に、精錬剤(7)として、Ig-loss値が4.0質量%以上35.0質量%以下であり、生石灰を60質量%以上含むものを用いる。
