Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a gate valve with which it is possible to satisfactorily cause a seal member to firmly adhere to an inner wall of a fluid pipe in a direction orthogonal to an insertion direction without increasing the force needed to cause the seal member to firmly adhere to the inner wall. The gate valve is provided with, from a through-hole formed in the fluid pipe, a valve body and an actuating mechanism for actuating the valve body along a radial direction, the valve body having a valve main body and a seal member that is provided to a holding part of the valve main body and that can be elastically deformed. A core material comprising a harder substance than does the seal member is embedded between an outer surface on the actuating-direction downstream side of the seal member and an extension-direction distal end surface of the holding part.
(FR) L'invention concerne une vanne d'arrêt avec laquelle il est possible d'amener de manière satisfaisante un élément d'étanchéité à adhérer fermement à une paroi interne d'un tuyau de fluide dans une direction orthogonale à une direction d'insertion sans augmenter la force nécessaire pour amener l'élément d'étanchéité à adhérer fermement à la paroi interne. La vanne d'arrêt est pourvue, à partir d'un trou traversant formé dans le tuyau de fluide, d'un corps de vanne et d'un mécanisme d'actionnement destiné à actionner le corps de vanne le long d'une direction radiale, le corps de vanne ayant un corps principal de vanne et un élément d'étanchéité qui est disposé sur une partie de maintien du corps principal de vanne et qui peut être déformé élastiquement. Un matériau d'âme comprenant une substance plus dure que l'élément d'étanchéité est incorporé entre une surface extérieure côté aval de la direction d'actionnement de l'élément d'étanchéité et une surface d'extrémité distale dans la direction d'extension de la partie de maintien.
