Abstract:
(EN) Although a compound represented by the following general formula (i) has excellent properties, there have been many problems in the practical application thereof as a liquid crystal composition. That is, a liquid crystal composition has not yet been obtained, which contains a certain amount of a compound represented by general formula (i), has excellent properties such as dielectric anisotropy and refractive index anisotropy, and can maintain low temperature preservability and the high reliability required for application in a liquid crystal display device. The present invention pertains to a liquid crystal composition, the liquid crystal composition containing a compound represented by general formula (i), a compound represented by general formula (ii), a compound represented by general formula (iii), and a compound represented by general formula (N-i) or general formula (N-ii), wherein the content of the compound represented by general formula (ii)is 1-24 wt%, and the content of the compound represented by general formula (iii) is greater than 0 wt% and at most 15 wt%.
(FR) Bien qu'un composé représenté par la formule générale (i) suivante présente d'excellentes propriétés, il existe de nombreux problèmes dans son application pratique en tant que composition de cristaux liquides. C'est-à-dire qu'une composition de cristaux liquides n'a pas encore été obtenue, qui contient une certaine quantité d'un composé représenté par la formule générale (i), a d'excellentes propriétés telles que l'anisotropie diélectrique et l'anisotropie d'indice de réfraction, et peut maintenir une conservabilité à basse température et la fiabilité élevée requise pour une application dans un dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides. La présente invention concerne une composition de cristaux liquides, la composition de cristaux liquides contenant un composé représenté par la formule générale (i), un composé représenté par la formule générale (ii), un composé représenté par la formule générale (iii), et un composé représenté par la formule générale (N-i) ou la formule générale (N-ii), la teneur du composé représenté par la formule générale (ii) étant de 1 à 24 % en poids, et la teneur du composé représenté par la formule générale (iii) étant supérieure à 0 % en poids et au plus 15 %.
(JA) 下記一般式(i)で表される化合物は優れた特性を有するものの、液晶組成物用途としての実用化には多くの課題があった。 すなわち、一般式(i)で表される化合物を一定程度含有し、誘電率異方性や屈折率異方性という諸特性に優れ、しかも、低温保存性や液晶表示素子用途に求められる高い信頼性を維持できる液晶組成物は未だ得られていない。 本発明は、一般式(i)で表される化合物と、一般式(ii)で表される化合物と、一般式(iii)で表される化合物と、一般式(N-i)で表される化合物又は一般式(N-ii)で表される化合物とを含有し、一般式(ii)で表される化合物の含有量が1重量%以上24重量%以下であり、一般式(iii)で表される化合物の含有量が0重量%を超え15重量%以下である液晶組成物である。
