Abstract:
(EN) A rotor member 32 comprises a ring-shaped rotor body 32a, a cylindrical engagement pin 32b that protrudes from the rotor body 32a toward an engagement hole 19 of a stand bar 3, and a locking tab 32c that locks a plastic magnet 36. A labyrinth seal is positioned between the rotor member 32 and a case member 31, and the engagement pin 32b and the engagement tab 32c are formed integrally with the rotor body 32a. The engagement pin 32b has an outer diameter of substantially the same measurement as the thickness of the rotor body 32a in a radial direction, and thus sufficient strength can be ensured and a movement of a stand can be followed, without performing insert molding of a metal material for the engagement pin.
(FR) Un élément rotor (32) comprend un corps de rotor annulaire (32a), une broche de mise en prise cylindrique (32b) qui fait saillie à partir du corps de rotor (32a) en direction d'un trou de mise en prise (19) d'une barre de support (3) et une patte de verrouillage (32c) qui verrouille un aimant en plastique (36). Un joint labyrinthe est positionné entre l'élément rotor (32) et un élément boîtier (31), et la broche de mise en prise (32b) et la patte de mise en prise (32c) sont formées d'un seul tenant avec le corps de rotor (32a). La broche de mise en prise (32b) présente un diamètre externe sensiblement égale à l'épaisseur du corps de rotor (32a) dans une direction radiale, et par conséquent une résistance suffisante peut être assurée et un mouvement d'un support peut être suivi sans réaliser de moulage par insertion d'un matériau métallique pour la broche de mise en prise.
(JA) ロータ部材32は、リング状のロータ本体32aと、ロータ本体32aからスタンドバー3の係合孔19に向けて突出する円筒状の係合ピン32bと、プラスチックマグネット36を係止する係止爪32cとを備えている。このロータ部材32とケース部材31の間にラビリンスシールを配設して、係合ピン32b及び係止爪32cはロータ本体32aと一体に成形されている。この係合ピン32bは、その外径をロータ本体32aの径方向の厚みと略同一の寸法としているため、係合ピン等の金属材料のインサート成形等をすることなく、十分な強度を確保して、スタンドの動きに追従することが可能である。
