Abstract:
(EN) This accelerator pedal device includes a pedal arm (20) having an accelerator pedal (24), a housing (10) that supports the pedal arm so as to be capable of swinging about a prescribed axis line (S) between a rest position and a maximum push position, a slider (30) that slides over an inner wall (11d) of the housing, a contact part (25) formed on the pedal arm in order to exert pressing force while separably coming into contact with the slider, and an urging spring (40) disposed between the housing and the slider so that the urging force pressing the slider against the inner wall (11d) and the contact part (25) increases in accordance with the pushing of the accelerator pedal. This makes it possible to yield the desired hysteresis in the pushing force while achieving size reduction, etc.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de pédale d'accélérateur qui comprend un levier de pédale (20) ayant une pédale d'accélérateur (24), un boîtier (10) qui porte le levier de pédale de façon à ce qu'il puisse osciller autour d'une ligne d'axe prescrite (S) entre une position de repos et une position de poussée maximale, un coulisseau (30) qui coulisse sur une paroi interne (11d) du boîtier, une partie de contact (25) formée sur le levier de pédale afin d'exercer une force de pression tout en venant en contact de manière séparable avec le coulisseau, et un ressort de poussée (40) disposé entre le boîtier et le coulisseau de sorte que la force de poussée pressant le coulisseau contre la paroi interne (11d) et la partie de contact (25) augmente en fonction de la poussée de la pédale d'accélérateur. Ceci permet d'obtenir l'hystérèse souhaitée dans la force de poussée tout en obtenant une réduction de taille, etc.
(JA) 本発明のアクセルペダル装置は、アクセルペダル(24)を有するペダルアーム(20)、ペダルアームを休止位置と最大踏込み位置の間で所定の軸線(S)回りに揺動自在に支持するハウジング(10)、ハウジングの内壁(11d)を摺動するスライダ(30)、スライダに対し離脱可能に接触しつつ押圧力を及ぼすべくペダルアームに形成された接触部(25)、アクセルペダルの踏込みに応じてスライダを内壁(11d)及び接触部(25)に押圧する付勢力が増加するようにハウジングとスライダの間に配置された付勢バネ(40)を含む。これによれば、小型化等を達成しつつ、踏力における所望のヒステリシスを得ることができる。
