Abstract:
In inspection of a dimensional change in a flexible glass substrate 1 having, the present invention is configured so as to execute a mark formation step P1 for forming a plurality of marks 2 on the glass substrate 1, a stress loading step P3 for loading the glass substrate 1 with a stress after the mark formation step P1, and a dimensional change calculation step PP (first measurement step P2 and second measurement step P4) for calculating a dimensional change from a change in the distance L between the marks 2 from before to after the stress loading step P3. The present invention is also configured so as to include the inspection method in manufacturing of the glass substrate 1.
