Abstract:
(EN) This pulse wave measurement device is provided with: a belt (20) that is wound onto a site on a subject where measurement is performed; first and second pulse wave sensors (40-1, 40-2) that are mounted apart from each other in the width direction on the belt (20) and detect pulse waves of an artery passing through the site where measurement is performed at portions facing the sensors; pressing units (21b, 21c) capable of pressing the first and second pulse wave sensors (40-1, 40-2) against the site where measurement is performed with a variable pressing force; a waveform comparison unit that acquires first and second pulse wave signals (PS1, PS2) output chronologically from the first and second pulse wave sensors (40-1, 40-2) and compares the waveforms of the first and second pulse wave signals (PS1, PS2); and a pulse wave sensor pressing force setting unit that varies and sets the pressing forces applied by the respective pressing units (21b, 21c) so that the waveforms of the first and second pulse wave signals (PS1, PS2) compared by the waveform comparison unit coincide with each other.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un dispositif de mesure d'onde de pouls comprenant : une courroie (20) qui s'enroule autour d'un site de mesure sur le sujet faisant l'objet de la mesure ; des premier et second capteurs d'ondes de pouls (40-1, 40-2) montés séparés l'un de l'autre dans le sens de la largeur sur la courroie (20) et qui détectent les ondes de pouls d'une artère qui traverse le site de mesure dans des zones en regard des capteurs ; des unités de pression (21b, 21c) capables d'appuyer, à une force de pression variable, les premier et second capteurs d'ondes de pouls (40-1, 40-2) contre le site de mesure ; une unité de comparaison de formes d'ondes qui acquiert des premier et second signaux d'ondes de pouls (PS1, PS2) générés chronologiquement par les premier et second capteurs d'ondes de pouls (40-1, 40-2) et compare les formes d'ondes des premier et second signaux d'ondes de pouls (PS1, PS2) ; et une unité de réglage de force de pression des capteurs d'ondes de pouls qui fait varier et règle les forces de pression appliquées par les unités de pression (21b, 21c) respectives de façon que les formes d'ondes des premier et second signaux d'ondes de pouls (PS1, PS2) comparées par l'unité de comparaison de formes d'ondes coïncident l'une avec l'autre.
(JA) 本発明の脈波測定装置は、被測定部位を取り巻いて装着されるべきベルト(20)と、このベルト(20)に幅方向に関して互いに離間した状態で搭載され、被測定部位を通る動脈のうちそれぞれ対向する部分の脈波を検出する第1、第2の脈波センサ(40-1,40-2)と、被測定部位に対して第1、第2の脈波センサ(40-1,40-2)を、押圧力を可変して押圧し得る押圧部(21b,21c)と、第1、第2の脈波センサ(40-1,40-2)がそれぞれ時系列で出力する第1、第2の脈波信号(PS1,PS2)を取得して、それらの第1、第2の脈波信号(PS1,PS2)の波形を比較する波形比較部と、波形比較部により比較した第1、第2の脈波信号(PS1,PS2)の波形が同一になるように、押圧部(21b,21c)による押圧力をそれぞれ可変して設定する脈波センサ押圧力設定部とを備える。
