Abstract:
(EN) This sphygmomanometer is provided with: a first fluid bag (21) wrapped around and mounted to a measurement site (90); first and second pulse wave sensors (40-1, 40-2) for detecting pulse waves in portions of an artery passing through the measurement site (90) that face the pulse wave sensors (40-1, 40-2), the pulse wave sensors (40-1, 40-2) being installed on the first fluid bag (21); and pressing parts (22, 24) for pressing regions corresponding to the first and second pulse wave sensors from an external peripheral side of the first fluid bag (21) in localized fashion. The first fluid bag (21) is placed in a non-compressed state, the first and second pulse wave sensors are pressed by the pressing force of the pressing parts (22, 24), and a blood pressure based on a pulse wave propagation time calculated from the output of the first and second pulse wave sensors in this state is computed. In order to measure blood pressure by an oscillometric method, the first fluid bag (21) is placed in a compressed state, and blood pressure is computed on the basis of the pressure inside the first fluid bag (21).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un sphygmomanomètre pourvu : d’un premier sac de liquide (21) enveloppé autour et monté au niveau d’un site de mesure (90) ; de premier et second capteurs d’onde d’impulsion (40-1, 40-2) pour détecter les ondes d’impulsion dans des parties d’une artère passant à travers le site de mesure (90) qui font face aux capteurs d’onde d’impulsion (40-1, 40-2), les capteurs d’onde d’impulsion (40-1, 40-2) étant installés sur le premier sac de liquide (21) ; et des pièces de compression (22, 24) pour la compression de régions correspondant aux premier et second capteurs d’onde d’impulsion à partir d’un côté périphérique externe du premier sac de liquide (21) d’une manière localisée. Le premier sac de liquide (21) est placé sous un état non comprimé, le premier et le second capteurs d’onde d’impulsion sont comprimés par la force de compression des pièces de compression (22, 24), et une pression sanguine basée sur un temps de propagation d’onde d’impulsion calculé à partir de la sortie du premier et du second capteurs d’onde d’impulsion dans cet état est calculée. Afin de mesurer la pression sanguine selon un procédé oscillométrique, le premier sac de liquide (21) est placé sous un état comprimé, et la pression sanguine est calculée sur la base de la pression à l’intérieur du premier sac de liquide (21).
(JA) 本発明の血圧計は、被測定部位(90)を取り巻いて装着される第1の流体袋(21)と、第1の流体袋(21)に搭載され、被測定部位(90)を通る動脈のうちそれぞれ対向する部分の脈波を検出する第1、第2の脈波センサ(40-1,40-2)と、第1の流体袋(21)の外周側から、第1、第2の脈波センサに対応する領域を局所的に押圧する押圧部(22,24)とを備える。第1の流体袋(21)を非加圧状態にして、押圧部(22,24)の押圧力で第1、第2の脈波センサを押圧し、その状態で第1、第2の脈波センサの出力から求めた脈波伝播時間に基づく血圧を算出する。また、オシロメトリック法による血圧測定のために、第1の流体袋(21)を加圧状態にして、第1の流体袋(21)内の圧力に基づいて血圧を算出する。
