Abstract:
(EN) This electrolytic capacitor is provided with an anode body, a dielectric layer formed on the anode body, and a solid electrolyte layer formed on the dielectric layer. The solid electrolyte layer contains a conductive polymer, polyanions, and an alkali component. The alkali component contains two or more types of alkali compounds.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un condensateur électrolytique pourvu d'un corps d'anode, d'une couche diélectrique formée sur le corps d'anode et d'une couche d'électrolyte solide formée sur la couche diélectrique. La couche d'électrolyte solide contient un polymère conducteur, des polyanions et un composant alcalin. Le composant alcalin contient au moins deux types de composés alcalins.
