Abstract:
(EN) This slip ring 1 is used in a slip-ring-and-brush-type rotation sensor device. The slip ring 1 is provided with a roughly cylindrical metal ring 10 and a resin ring 20 that supports the metal ring. The outer peripheral lateral surfaces of the metal ring and resin ring have formed therein 2 × n slits 2 that extend in the axial direction. One side of the lateral surface of the metal ring 10 in the axial direction of the roughly cylindrical shape is a common part 11. The common part is divided by the slits into 2 × n common areas 14 that are each electrically connected to adjacent common areas. The other side of the lateral surface in the axial direction is a detection part 12. The detection part is divided by the slits into 2 × n areas consisting of n electrically connected areas 16 that are connected to the common areas so as to be electrically connected to the common areas and n isolated areas 17 that are separated from and not electrically connected to the common areas. The electrically connected areas and isolated areas are provided alternatingly so as to face each other across the slits.
(FR) L'invention concerne une bague collectrice (1) utilisée dans un dispositif capteur de rotation de type bague collectrice et brosse. La bague collectrice (1) comprend une bague métallique (10) grossièrement cylindrique et une bague en résine (20) maintenant la bague métallique. Les surfaces latérales périphériques externes de la bague métallique et de la bague en résine possèdent en leur sein 2×n fentes (2) s'étendant dans la direction axiale. Un côté de la surface latérale de la bague métallique (10) dans la direction axiale de forme grossièrement cylindrique est une partie commune (11). La partie commune est divisée par les fentes en 2×n zones communes (14) qui sont chacune connectée électriquement à des zones communes adjacentes. L'autre côté de la surface latérale dans la direction axiale est une partie détection (12). La partie détection est divisée par les fentes en 2×n zones constituées de n zones électriquement connectées (16) qui sont connectées aux zones communes de manière à être électriquement connectées aux zones communes et n zones isolées (17) qui sont séparées et non connectées électriquement aux zones communes. Les zones électriquement connectées et les zones isolées sont disposées en alternance de manière à se faire face l'une l'autre à travers les fentes.
