Title: METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR
Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a method for manufacturing a solid electrolyte capacitor that forms a dielectric film on a valve metal surface having micropores, and forms a solid electrolyte layer containing an electrically conductive polymer on the dielectric film, wherein the method for manufacturing a solid capacitor forms the solid electrolyte layer containing an electrically conductive polymer without using an oxidizing agent, using (i) a method for polymerizing at least one type of a compound (A1) expressed by general formula (1) disclosed in the specification in the presence of a compound (B) having a sulfo group, (ii) a method for polymerizing at least one type of a compound (A2) expressed by general formula (2), and (iii) a method for copolymerizing at least one type of the compound (A1) expressed by general formula (1), and at least one type of the compound (A2) expressed by general formula (2). With the present invention, it is possible to easily form a solid electrolyte film containing an electrically conductive polymer on a dielectric film of a valve metal surface having micropores without using a complex polymerization process, a film formation process, and a purification process, and to produce the solid electrolytic capacitor having low ESR, a high capacity achievement rate, and excellent low leakage current characteristics.
