Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a fixing belt (1) having a favorable surface charge response during an initial and over a long period and capable of ensuring the adherence of a surface layer (5). A fixing belt (1) comprises: a tubular base layer (2); an elastic layer (3) arranged above the base layer (2); a primer layer (4) formed along the outer peripheral surface of the elastic layer (3); and a surface layer (5) formed along the outer peripheral surface of the primer layer (4). The elastic layer (3) contains an ion conductive agent. The elastic layer (3) may have a thickness of 100 µm or more and 500 µm or less.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une courroie de fixation (1) ayant une réponse de charge de surface favorable pendant une période initiale et sur une longue période et capable d'assurer l'adhérence d'une couche de surface (5). Une courroie de fixation (1) comprend : une couche de base tubulaire (2) ; une couche élastique (3) disposée au-dessus de la couche de base (2) ; une couche d'apprêt (4) formée le long de la surface périphérique externe de la couche élastique (3) ; et une couche de surface (5) formée le long de la surface périphérique externe de la couche d'apprêt (4). La couche élastique (3) contient un agent conducteur d'ions. La couche élastique (3) peut présenter une épaisseur supérieure ou égale à 100 µm et inférieure ou égale à 500 µm.
(JA) 初期および耐久時の表面電荷応答性が良好であり、表層(5)の接着性も確保可能な定着ベルト(1)を提供する。定着ベルト(1)は、筒状の基層(2)と、基層(2)の上方に配置された弾性層(3)と、弾性層(3)の外周面に沿って形成されたプライマー層(4)と、プライマー層(4)の外周面に沿って形成された表層(5)とを有している。弾性層(3)は、イオン導電剤を含有している。弾性層(3)の厚みは、100μm以上500μm以下とすることができる。
