Abstract
(EN) Conventional composite materials of cellulose and thermoplastic resins, especially polyolefin resins such as polyethylene, suffer from the problem that the fibrillation of cellulose was insufficient, and that the cellulose addition effect on the mechanical strength of an obtained molded article is small. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a resin composition which exhibits a sufficient cellulose addition effect, can impart a molded article with excellent mechanical strength, and exhibits excellent pulp fibrillation properties. The present invention uses a resin composition for pulp fibrillation, which contains an acrylic resin (A) having a weight average molecular weight of 5,000-100,000, the acrylic resin (A) including an alkyl (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester (a1) having an alkyl group with 6-18 carbon atoms, and an acrylic monomer (a2) having an amide group as essential raw materials.
(FR) Les matériaux composites classiques de cellulose et de résines thermoplastiques, spécialement les résines de polyoléfine telles que le polyéthylène, souffrent du problème que la fibrillation de la cellulose est insuffisante, et que l’effet d’addition de cellulose sur la résistance mécanique d’un article moulé obtenu est faible. Le but de la présente invention est de fournir une composition de résine qui fait preuve d’un effet suffisant d’addition de cellulose, qui peut conférer à un article moulé une excellente résistance mécanique, et qui fait preuve d’excellentes propriétés de fibrillation de pâte. La présente invention utilise une composition de résine pour la fibrillation de pâte, qui contient une résine acrylique (A) ayant un poids moléculaire moyen en poids de 5 000 à 100 000, la résine acrylique (A) comprenant un ester alkylique d’acide alkyl (méth)acrylique (a1) ayant un groupe alkyle ayant de 6 à 18 atomes de carbone, et un monomère acrylique (a2) ayant un groupe amide comme matières premières essentielles.
(JA) 従来、熱可塑性樹脂、特にポリエチレン等のポリオレフィン樹脂との複合体におけるセルロースの解繊状態は不十分であり、得られる成形品の機械的強度に対するセルロースの添加効果が小さいという問題があった。そこで、本発明は、セルロースの添加効果を十分に発揮し、成形品に優れた機械的強度を付与することのできるパルプ解繊性に優れた樹脂組成物を提供することを目的とする。 炭素原子数が6~18のアルキル基を有する(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル(a1)、及びアミド基を有するアクリル単量体(a2)を必須原料とする重量平均分子量が5,000~100,000のアクリル樹脂(A)を含有する、パルプ解繊用樹脂組成物を用いる。
