Title: POWER GENERATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SAME
Abstract:
This power generation system comprises a continuously variable transmission, a generator, a variable-speed drive device, an output-side speed detector, a power load device, and a control device. A power load calculation device detects the current value and current value of each phase of a three-phase alternating current generated by the generator, calculates the power load of the generator on the basis of the detected voltage value and current value, and performs a filtering operation to attenuate harmonics of a set frequency when the power load of the generator is calculated. The control device calculates a shift command such that the output-side rotation speed detected by the output-side speed detector achieves the output-side target rotation speed corresponding to the set frequency, performs feedback control that outputs the calculated shift command to the variable-speed drive device, and performs feed-forward compensation that corrects the shift command calculated by the feedback control unit on the basis of the power load calculated by the power load calculation device.
