Abstract:
(EN) This method for manufacturing an electroconductive substrate includes: a layer formation step for forming, on a substrate 2, a resin layer 3 having an electroconductive network 6 obtained using electroconductive metal fibers 5; and a pattern formation step for providing a non-conducting pattern P1 in which the resin layer 3 is irradiated with light L having a wavelength with respect to which the electroconductive metal fibers 5 exhibit absorbability and the electroconductive metal fibers 5 are ionized and caused to lose conductivity, and thereby forming a conducting pattern P2 on the resin layer 3.
