An optical fiber scanning device 10 is provided with: an optical fiber 12 in which a fixed end 12F2 is fixed and held in a cantilever manner and a free end 12F1 that emits illumination light vibrates in a first direction and a second direction; a ferrule 20 that has an insertion hole H20 with an opening in a front end surface 20SA and fixes the optical fiber 12 inserted through the insertion hole H20; and a drive part 25 that vibrates the optical fiber 12, wherein a part of the optical fiber 12 is held and fixed, in the first direction, between a pair of first fixing members 30A, 25B, and a part of the optical fiber 12 is held and fixed, in the second direction, between a pair of second fixing members 30C, 25D, the first fixing members 30A, 25B having a Young's modulus Y1 smaller than a Young's modulus Y2 of the second fixing members 30C, 25D.

Un dispositif de balayage de fibre optique 10 comprend : une fibre optique 12 dans laquelle une extrémité fixe 12F2 est fixée et maintenue en porte-à-faux et une extrémité libre 12F1 qui émet une lumière d'éclairage vibre dans une première direction et une seconde direction; une ferrule qui a un trou d'insertion H2O avec une ouverture dans une surface d'extrémité avant 20 SA et fixe la fibre optique 12 insérée à travers le trou d'insertion h20; et une partie d'entraînement 25 qui fait vibrer la fibre optique 12, une partie de la fibre optique 12 étant maintenue et fixée, dans la première direction, entre une paire de premiers éléments de fixation 30A, 25B, et une partie de la fibre optique 12 étant maintenue et fixée, dans la seconde direction, entre une paire de seconds éléments de fixation 30C, 25D, les premiers éléments de fixation 30A, 25B ayant un module de Young Y1 inférieur au module d'young Y2 des seconds éléments de fixation 30C, 25D.

光ファイバ走査装置10は、固定端12F2が固定されて片持ち梁状に保持されており、照明光を出射する自由端12F1が第1の方向および第2の方向に振動する光ファイバ12と、先端面20SAに開口がある貫通孔H20を有し貫通孔H20に挿通されている光ファイバ12を固定しているフェルール20と、光ファイバ12を振動させる駆動部25と、を具備し、光ファイバ12は、第1の方向が一対の第1の固定部材30A、25Bに挾まれて固定されており、第2の方向が一対の第2の固定部材30C、25Dに挾まれて固定されており、第1の固定部材30A、25Bのヤング率Y1が第2の固定部材30C、25Dのヤング率Y2よりも小さい。
