(FR) PROCÉDÉ DE FABRICATION D'UN PNEU ANTISTATIQUE POUR ROUES DE VÉHICULE ET PNEU ANTISTATIQUE AINSI OBTENU
Abstract:
(EN) The invention describes a process for manufacturing a tyre (1 ) for vehicle wheels comprising a tread band (7) at a radially outer position with respect to an inner tyre component (2, 6) of tyre (1 ) having at least one electrically conductive surface (6a). The process comprises forming an electrically conductive layer (7a) in the thickness of the tread band (7) between portions (7b, 7e) of the tread band (7) arranged at an axially contiguous position and formed by depositing at least one continuous elongated element of green elastomeric material according to contiguous circumferential coils (10). The electrically conductive layer (7a) comprises an electrically conductive material comprising at least one carbon black having a BET surface area, measured in accordance with standard ASTM D 6556-16, of at least 300 m2/g and an OAN (Oil Absorption Number) absorption value, measured in accordance with standard ASTM D2414-16, equal to or greater than 200 (ml oil/100 g carbon black).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un pneu (1) pour roues de véhicule comprenant une bande de roulement (7) au niveau d'une position radialement externe par rapport à un composant de pneu interne (2, 6) du pneu (1) comportant au moins une surface électriquement conductrice (6a). Le procédé comprend la formation d'une couche électriquement conductrice (7a) dans l'épaisseur de la bande de roulement (7) entre des parties (7b, 7e) de la bande de roulement (7), ladite couche étant disposée au niveau d'une position axialement contiguë et formée par le dépôt d'au moins un élément allongé continu de matériau élastomère cru grâce à des bobines circonférentielles contiguës (10). La couche électriquement conductrice (7a) comprend un matériau électriquement conducteur comprenant au moins un noir de carbone présentant une surface BET, mesurée conformément à la norme ASTM D6556-16, au moins égale à 300 m2/g et une valeur OAN (indice d'absorption d'huile) mesurée conformément à la norme ASTM D2414-16, égale ou supérieure à 200 (ml d'huile/100 g de noir de carbone).
