The invention relates to the production of nanostructured and bioactive composite biomaterials for the 3D printing of medical devices, formed by biocompatible mixtures of polymers derived from urethane dimethacrylate (UDMA), tetrahydrofurfuryl methacrylate (THFMA), methyl methacrylate (MMA), methyl polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), vinyl alcohol (VA), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polylactic acid (PLA), polyglycolic acid (PGA), vinyl acetate (VAc) and polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) combined with photoinitiators and mixtures of nano- and micro-particles of inorganic composites of hydroxycarbonate phosphates of calcium and titanium oxide doped with multilayer carbon nanotubes and graphene. The resulting mixtures can be printed in 3D given the composition and nature thereof, allowing the exact reproduction of virtual solid images of parts of tissues and organs. They can be made by computer-aided design or generated from medical images such as CAT, NMRI and others. The synthesised polymers have suitable mechanical properties and are biocompatible, which allows the use thereof in the production of implantable medical devices.
