Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for the at least temporary retention of charged biologically active substances, for example endotoxins, viruses, proteins from liquids, and optional later release for better determination. The problem is solved by the method for at least temporarily separating and/or detecting charged biologically active substances in a liquid by means of electrosorption and/or electrofiltration comprising the following steps: a. providing a polymer membrane with a flat and porous coating made of metal on at least a first side of the polymer membrane; b. providing a counter electrode; c. applying a voltage between the metal coating of the polymer membrane and the counter electrode; d. bringing the polymer membrane and the counter electrode into contact with the liquid, wherein this contact is established in that the liquid generates at least one connection between the polymer membrane and the counter electrode.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la rétention au moins temporaire de substances biologiquement actives chargées, par exemple des endotoxines, des virus, des protéines, à partir de liquides et la libération ultérieure éventuelle pour une meilleure détermination. Le problème est résolu par un procédé pour la séparation au moins temporaire et/ou pour la détection de substances biologiquement actives chargées dans un liquide par électrosorption et/ou électrofiltration comprenant les étapes suivantes : a. utilisation d'une membrane polymère présentant un revêtement plat et poreux en métal sur au moins un premier côté de la membrane polymère ; b. utilisation d'une contre-électrode ; c. application d'une tension entre le revêtement en métal de la membrane polymère et la contre-électrode ; d. mise en contact de la membrane polymère et de la contre-électrode avec le liquide, la mise en contact ayant lieu de manière telle que le liquide génère au moins un composé entre la membrane polymère et la contre-électrode.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifftein Verfahren zum zumindest temporären Rückhalt von geladenen biologisch aktiven Substanzen, beispielsweise Endotoxinen, Viren, Proteinen aus Flüssigkeiten, und möglichen späteren Freisetzung zur besseren Bestimmung. Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch Verfahren zur zumindest temporären Separation und/oder zum Nachweis von geladenen biologisch aktiven Substanzen in einer Flüssigkeit mittels Elektrosorption und/oder Elektrofiltration umfassend die folgenden Schritte a.Bereitstellen einer Polymermembran mit flächiger und poröser Be- schichtung aus Metallzumindest auf einer ersten Seite der Poly- mermembran; b.Bereitstellen einer Gegenelektrode; c.Anlegen einer Spannung zwischen der Beschichtung aus Metall der Po- lymermembran und der Gegenelektrode; d.In Kontakt bringen der Polymermembran und der Gegenelektrode mit der Flüssigkeit, wobei das in Kontakt bringen der Art erfolgt, dass die Flüssigkeit mindestens eine Verbindung zwischen der Polymermembran und der Gegenelektrode erzeugt.
