Abstract

A system and a method for compensating misalignments of a die for cutting cardboard of a die cutter. The system comprises a processor configured to detect height-correcting elements in an image of a correction template for the die, and further configured to produce a digital file comprising a digital representation of detected height-correcting elements; and an optical device for projecting images configured to project the digital representation of the digital file on a pressure compensation plate of the die cutter. The method comprises digitally detecting height-correcting elements in an image of a correction template for the die; producing a digital representation of detected height-correcting elements; and projecting the digital representation on a pressure compensation plate of the die cutter.

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de compensation des désalignements d'une découpeuse qui coupe du carton d'un dispositif de découpage à l'emporte-pièce. Le système comprend un processeur configuré de sorte à détecter des éléments de correction de hauteur dans une image d'un modèle de correction pour la découpeuse, et configuré en outre de sorte à produire un fichier numérique comprenant une représentation numérique des éléments de correction de hauteur détectés ; un dispositif optique, permettant une projection des images, configuré pour projeter la représentation numérique du fichier numérique sur une plaque de compensation de pression du dispositif de découpage à l'emporte-pièce. Le procédé comprend la détection numérique d'éléments de correction de hauteur dans une image d'un modèle de correction pour la découpeuse ; la production d'une représentation numérique des éléments de correction de hauteur détectés ; la projection de la représentation numérique sur une plaque de compensation de pression du dispositif de découpage à l'emporte-pièce.
