Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a pane, in particular a security pane for vehicle glazing, comprising the following steps: a1) optionally drying multiple transparent plastic panes; a) joining the multiple transparent plastic panes to one another via a transparent adhesive layer to form a multi-part composite; and b) subsequently shaping the multi-part composite (10). The invention also relates to a pane, in particular a security pane for vehicle glazing, formed by a multi-part composite consisting of multiple transparent plastic panes, connected to one another via a transparent adhesive layer, wherein the composite has a dioptre value of ≤ 0.06 dpt, as well as a pane which is produced with the method according to the invention.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une vitre, en particulier d'une vitre de sécurité pour le vitrage d'un véhicule. Le procédé comprend des étapes selon lesquelles on a1) sèche éventuellement plusieurs vitres transparentes en matière plastique; a) on relie les différentes vitres transparente en matière plastique les unes aux autres dans chaque cas par l'intermédiaire d'une couche transparente d'adhésif de manière à obtenir un composite multicouche; et b) on façonne ensuite le composite multicouche (10). L'invention concerne en outre également une vitre, en particulier une vitre de sécurité pour le vitrage d'un véhicule, constituée d'un composite multicouche composé de plusieurs vitres transparentes en matière plastique, qui sont reliées les unes aux autres dans chaque cas par l'intermédiaire d'une couche transparente d'adhésif, le composite présentant une valeur dioptrique ≤ 0,06 dpt. L'invention concerne également une vitre fabriquée d'après le procédé selon l'invention.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Scheibe, insbesondere einer Sicherheitsscheibe für die Fahrzeugverglasung, Schritte umfassend, bei denen man a1) optional mehrere transparente Kunststoffscheiben trocknet; a) die mehreren transparenten Kunststoffscheiben jeweils über eine transparente Klebstoffschicht zu einem Mehrfachverbund miteinander verbindet; und b) anschließend den Mehrfachverbund (10) umformt. Darüber hinaus betrifft die Erfindung auch eine Scheibe, insbesondere eine Sicherheitsscheibe für die Fahrzeugverglasung, bestehend aus einem Mehrfachverbund aus mehreren transparenten Kunststoffscheiben, die jeweils über eine transparente Klebstoffschicht miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der Verbund einen Dioptrienwert ≤ 0,06dpt aufweist, sowie eine Scheibe, die nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren hergestellt ist.
