Abstract:
A method and apparatus for analysing an optoelectonic device (20) comprising at least one fluorescing element (22) in at least one layer (25) is disclosed. The elements (22) can be for example optical light emitting devices. The method comprises illuminating an area of a surface (25) of the optoelectronic device (20) with a set of the plurality of fluorescing elements (22), collecting laterally resolved fluorescent radiation from the set of the fluorescing elements (22), and comparing the collected fluorescent radiation with simulated values to produce an analysis.
