Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a Raman spectrum detection device (100a) and a detection safety monitoring method therefor. The Raman spectrum detection device (100a) comprises: an optical apparatus (20), used for guiding an excitation light (11) to a sample (30) and collecting a light signal from the sample (30); a spectrometer (40), used for splitting the light signal collected by the optical apparatus (20) in order to generate a Raman spectrum of the detected sample (30); a safety monitoring apparatus, configured to monitor the safety status of the sample (30) when the excitation light (11) from a laser (10) is irradiating the sample (30) and provide a safety indication signal representing whether the sample (30) has been damaged due to the irradiation by the excitation light (11).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de détection de spectre Raman (100a) et un procédé de surveillance de sécurité de détection associé.
