Abstract:
(EN) The present invention belongs to the field of cell therapy. Particularly, the present invention provides a lymphocyte modified with a chimeric antigen receptor expressing a chemokine receptor, CXCR4. The present invention also provides a method for preparing a specific lymphocyte, comprising modifying a non-specific lymphocyte by means of genetic engineering to the specific lymphocyte capable of recognizing a tumor-associated surface antigen and expressing a chemokine receptor, CXCR4, thereby being enriched in a specific site, and targeting and killing a specific cell. The present invention also provides a use of the same in malignant tumor treatment.
(FR) L'invention appartient au domaine de la thérapie cellulaire. En particulier, la présente invention concerne un lymphocyte modifié à l'aide d'un récepteur antigénique chimérique exprimant un récepteur de chimiokine, le CXCR4. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation d'un lymphocyte spécifique, comprenant la modification par génie génétique d'un lymphocyte non spécifique en un lymphocyte spécifique susceptible de reconnaître un antigène de surface associé à une tumeur et d'exprimer un récepteur de chimiokine, le CXCR4, étant ainsi enrichi en un site spécifique, et susceptible de cibler et détruire un type spécifique de cellules. La présente invention concerne également une utilisation de celle-ci dans le traitement de tumeurs malignes.
(ZH) 细胞治疗领域,特别是一种表达趋化因子受体CXCR4的嵌合抗原受体修饰的淋巴细胞,通过基因工程手段,将非特异性的淋巴细胞改造为能够识别肿瘤表面相关抗原并表达趋化因子受体CXCR4,从而在特定部位富集并对特定细胞进行靶向杀伤的特异性淋巴细胞的制备方法及其在恶性肿瘤治疗中的用途。
