A steel mesh frame-perlite composite external thermal insulation board, comprising a non-load bearing filled composite thermal insulation board, a concrete structure load bearing wall-beam-post composite thermal insulation board, and/or a steel structure beam-post composite thermal insulation board. The non-load bearing filled composite thermal insulation board comprises a thermal insulation board layer (1), a dual-layer expanded perlite board (2), a dual-layer steel mesh sheet (3), and X-shaped abdominal wires (4). The concrete structure load bearing wall-beam-post composite thermal insulation board comprises a thermal insulation board layer (1), a single-layer expanded perlite board (2), a dual-layer steel mesh sheet (3), and X-shaped abdominal wires (4). The steel structure beam-post composite thermal insulation board comprises a thermal insulation board layer (1), a single-layer expanded perlite board (2), a single-layer steel mesh sheet (3), and X-shaped abdominal wires (4). The steel mesh frame-perlite composite external thermal insulation board features a simple structure and simple construction, and can easily be widely used.
