Abstract:
Provided are single-domain antibody for identifying an HLA-A2/RMFPNAPYL complex and amino acid sequences CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 of the antibody. Also provided is a fusion protein based on the antibody and capable of specifically identifying the HLA-A2/RMFPNAPYL complex. The antibody and the fusion protein not only identify an artificially synthesized HLA-A2/RMFPNAPYL complex, but also bind with the HLA-A2/RMFPNAPYL complex processed by combining a natural antigen and expressed on the surface of tumor cells, and can be further developed into a related tumor treating product.
