Title: FLEXIBLE PRECISION THIN SECTION BEARING FAILURE DIAGNOSTIC LIFESPAN TESTING MACHINE
Abstract:
A flexible precision thin section bearing (16) failure diagnostic lifespan testing machine, comprising: a machine support, and an axial loading device, a main driving device, a bearing installation device, a clamping tool, a data acquisition device, and a hydraulic and air pressure assist device provided on the machine support. The main driving device is connectedly provided at a rear side of the axial loading device. The clamping tool is provided at a front side of the axial loading device and is used for clamping the thin section bearing (16) to the bearing installation device. The data acquisition device is provided inside the axial loading device and at one side of the machine support. The hydraulic and air pressure assist device is provided at one side of the machine support and is connected to the axial loading device and the main driving device via a pipe. The testing machine can apply static and dynamic loads to the flexible precision thin section bearing (16) and can measure bearing vibration, bearing temperature, bearing rotation progress, and rotational speed. The testing machine has the advantages of a clever structure, complete testing functions, higher test accuracy, safe and reliable testing process, good result feedback, and the like.
