Disclosed are a polystyrene composition and application thereof. The polystyrene composition comprises the following components: 35-93 parts of transparent polystyrene, 5-40 parts of flexibilizer A, 1-30 parts of flexibilizer B, and 0.1-3 parts of light diffusing agent. According to the present invention, by using a compounded system consisting of the flexibilizer A having a large particle size and the flexibilizer B having a small particle size, the prepared polystyrene composition can effectively improve transverse and longitudinal toughness of a material without affecting an optical effect thereof, and can meet current requirements for production and use of LED lamp covers in the industry by means of simulation and evaluation. Moreover, compared with a conventional PC-based LED lamp cover material, the polystyrene composition greatly reduces costs, is easy to process, and facilitates popularization and application.

La présente invention concerne une composition de polystyrène et son application. La composition de polystyrène comprend les constituants suivants : de 35 à 93 parties de polystyrène transparent, de 5 à 40 parties d'agent de flexibilisation (A), de 1 à 30 parties d'agent de flexibilisation (B), et de 0,1 à 3 parties d'agent de diffusion de lumière. Selon la présente invention, en utilisant un système de malaxage constitué de l'agent de flexibilisation (A) présentant une grande taille de particule et de l'agent de flexibilisation (B) présentant une petite taille de particule, la composition de polystyrène préparée peut efficacement améliorer la ténacité transversale et longitudinale d'un matériau sans affecter son effet optique, et peut satisfaire les exigences actuelles de production et d'utilisation de matériaux de revêtement de lampe (DEL) dans l'industrie par simulation et évaluation. En outre, comparé au matériau de recouvrement de lampe (DEL) à base de PC classique, la composition de polystyrène améliore grandement les coûts, est facile à transformer, et facilite la popularisation et l'application.

本发明公开了一种聚苯乙烯组合物及其应用,包括以下组分:透明聚苯乙烯35份-93份;增韧剂A 5份-40份;增韧剂B 1份-30份;光扩散剂0.1份-3份。本发明通过采用大小粒径的增韧剂A和增韧剂B复配体系,制备的得到的聚苯乙烯组合物在不影响其光学效果的前提下,能有效提高材料的横纵向韧性,通过模拟评估,能满足目前LED灯罩行业对其生产和使用过程中的要求,且相对传统的PC基材的LED灯罩料,成本大幅降低,并且易于加工,有利于普遍推广应用。
