Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a flame retardant cable (10), comprising: a jacket (11) that is located outside and four sets of twisted wire pairs that are located inside the jacket (11) and are twisted in pair in different colors. The jacket (11) comprises an outer jacket (111) made of polyvinyl chloride or a low-smoke halogen-free material, and a flame-retardant layer (112) arranged adjacent to the outer jacket (111). Each twisted wire pair comprises: a first insulator (121), a first copper conductor (122) located in the first insulator (121), a second insulator (131) twisted in pair with the first insulator (121), and a second copper conductor (132) located in the second insulator (131). The cable of the scheme is covered or braided with a special flame retardant material, and the jacket (11) is provided with a special flame retardant property PVC or a special flame retardant property LSOH so that the data cable has a high fireproof performance in terms of flame retardant property.
(FR) L'invention concerne un câble ignifuge (10), comprenant : une gaine (11) qui est située à l'extérieur et quatre ensembles de paires de fils torsadés qui sont situés à l'intérieur de la gaine (11) et sont torsadés en paire en différentes couleurs. La gaine (11) comprend une gaine externe (111) constituée de chlorure de polyvinyle ou d'un matériau exempt d'halogène à faible fumée, et une couche ignifuge (112) disposée adjacente à la gaine externe (111). Chaque paire de fils torsadés comprend : un premier isolant (121), un premier conducteur en cuivre (122) situé dans le premier isolant (121), un second isolant (131) torsadé en paire avec le premier isolant (121), et un second conducteur en cuivre (132) situé dans le second isolant (131). Le câble du schéma est recouvert ou tressé avec un matériau ignifuge spécial, et la gaine (11) est dotée d'une propriété ignifuge spéciale PVC ou d'une propriété ignifuge spéciale LSOH de telle sorte que le câble de données présente une performance ignifuge élevée en termes de propriété ignifuge.
