Abstract:
(EN) A graft copolymer containing an anhydride group and an application thereof. The graft copolymer is a polymer containing an anhydride group and a side chain of a high molecular copolymer, and is mainly formed by means of the free radical polymerization of 40wt%-90wt% of a monomer A containing a carbon-carbon double bond, 5wt%-30wt% of an unsaturated monomer B containing an anhydride group and 5wt%-30wt% of a high molecular polymer C containing a carbon-carbon double bond. The preparation process is as follows: first, a high molecular polymer D is obtained by using free radical copolymerization, the high molecular polymer C containing a carbon-carbon double bond is then prepared by using a reaction between groups, and the graft copolymer containing an anhydride group is finally obtained after carrying out free radical copolymerization and drying devolatilization on the obtained high molecular polymer C, the monomer A and the monomer B. The graft copolymer containing an anhydride group of the present invention may be used as a compatibilizer for polymer blends and glass fiber reinforced materials.
(FR) L'invention concerne un copolymère greffé contenant un groupe anhydride et une application associée. Le copolymère greffé est un polymère contenant un groupe anhydride et une chaîne latérale d'un copolymère de poids moléculaire élevé, et est principalement formé par polymérisation radicalaire de 40 % en poids à 90 % en poids d'un monomère A contenant une double liaison carbone-carbone, de 5 % en poids à 30 % en poids d'un monomère B insaturé contenant un groupe anhydride et de 5 % en poids à 30 % en poids d'un polymère C de poids moléculaire élevé contenant une double liaison carbone-carbone. Le procédé de préparation est le suivant : tout d'abord, un polymère D de poids moléculaire élevé est obtenu par recours à une copolymérisation radicalaire, le polymère C de poids moléculaire élevé contenant une double liaison carbone-carbone est ensuite préparé par recours à une réaction entre des groupes, et le copolymère greffé contenant un groupe anhydride est finalement obtenu après la mise en oeuvre d'une copolymérisation radicalaire et d'une dévolatilisation par séchage sur le polymère C de poids moléculaire élevé obtenu, le monomère A et le monomère B. Le copolymère greffé contenant un groupe anhydride de la présente invention peut être utilisé comme agent de compatibilité pour des mélanges de polymères et des matériaux renforcés par fibres de verre.
(ZH) 一种含酸酐基团的接枝共聚物及其应用。所述接枝共聚物为含酸酐基团和高分子共聚物侧链的一类聚合物,主要由40wt%~90wt%含碳碳双键的单体A、5wt%~30wt%含酸酐基团的不饱和单体B、5wt%~30wt%含碳碳双键的高分子聚合物C通过自由基聚合共聚而成。制备过程为:首先利用自由基共聚得到高分子聚合物D,然后利用基团之间的反应制备含碳碳双键的高分子聚合物C;最后将获得的高分子聚合物C与单体A、单体B进行自由基共聚,干燥脱挥后获得含酸酐基团的接枝共聚物。本发明含酸酐基团的接枝共聚物可以作为共混聚合物以及玻纤增强材料的增容剂。
