A graft copolymer containing reactive groups and use thereof. The graft copolymer is a kind of polymer containing reactive groups and macromolecular copolymer side chains, and is copolymerized by means of radical polymerization of 20 wt% to 99 wt% of monomer A containing a carbon-carbon double bond, 0.5 wt% to 40 wt% of unsaturated monomer B containing a reactive group, and 0.5 wt% to 40 wt% of macromolecular polymer C containing carbon-carbon double bonds. The preparation process comprises the steps of: firstly, obtaining macromolecular polymer D by means of radical copolymerization, then preparing the macromolecular polymer C containing carbon-carbon double bonds by means of reaction between the groups, and finally, performing radical copolymerization of the obtained macromolecular polymer C, the monomer A and the monomer B, and obtaining the graft copolymer containing the reactive groups after drying and devolatilization. The graft copolymer containing the reactive groups can be used as a compatibilizer for blending a polymer and a glass fiber reinforced material and a chain extender for a polymer.

L'invention concerne un copolymère greffé contenant des groupes réactifs et son utilisation. Le copolymère greffé est un type de polymère contenant des groupes réactifs et des chaînes latérales de copolymère macromoléculaire, et est copolymérisé par polymérisation radicalaire de 20 % en poids à 99 % en poids de monomère A contenant une double liaison carbone-carbone, de 0,5 % en poids à 40 % en poids de monomère B insaturé contenant un groupe réactif, et de 0,5 % en poids à 40 % en poids de polymère macromoléculaire C contenant des doubles liaisons carbone-carbone. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes consistant à : premièrement, obtenir un polymère macromoléculaire D au moyen d'une copolymérisation radicalaire, puis préparer le polymère macromoléculaire C contenant des doubles liaisons carbone-carbone par réaction entre les groupes, et enfin, la réalisation d'une copolymérisation radicalaire du polymère macromoléculaire C obtenu, du monomère A et du monomère B, et l'obtention du copolymère greffé contenant les groupes réactifs après séchage et dévolatilisation. Le copolymère greffé contenant les groupes réactifs peut être utilisé comme un agent de compatibilité pour mélanger un polymère et un matériau renforcé par des fibres de verre et un allongeur de chaîne pour un polymère.

含反应性基团的接枝共聚物及其应用。所述接枝共聚物为含反应性基团和高分子共聚物侧链的一类聚合物,主要由20wt%~99wt%含碳碳双键的单体A、0.5wt%~40wt%含反应性基团的不饱和单体B、0.5wt%~40wt%含碳碳双键的高分子聚合物C通过自由基聚合共聚而成。制备过程为:首先利用自由基共聚得到高分子聚合物D,然后利用基团之间的反应制备含碳碳双键的高分子聚合物C;最后将获得的高分子聚合物C与单体A、单体B进行自由基共聚,干燥脱挥后获得含反应性基团的接枝共聚物。所述含反应性基团的接枝共聚物可以作为共混聚合物和玻纤增强材料的增容剂以及聚合物的扩链剂。
