Abstract:
An intelligent capacitance integrated module having a serial interface OLED display screen, comprising a 32-bit ARM MCU core and supported by a signal processing circuit, a digital-to-analog conversion circuit, a combination switch, a network communication unit and a human-machine interaction unit to form a reactive compensation device. After being processed by the signal processing circuit, bus voltage and current signals are directly subjected to A/D synchronous sampling conversion by means of the 32-bit ARM MCU and are sampled at 64 points per power frequency cycle; the sample data is filtered by a FIR software; and then the voltage and current of each phase system of the bus, phase difference between the voltage and current, each order of harmonic component of the voltage and current are calculated by using a FFT algorithm, and on the basis of this, the reactive power, active power, apparent power, and power factor of the system are calculated; the calculated reactive power is the reactive power shortage of the system and is used as the basis for switching a compensation capacitor; and the execution of the switching operation is performed by means of a bidirectional thyristor and a magnetic latching relay under the control of the 32-bit ARM MCU. The intelligent capacitance integrated module has outstanding features of high precision and fast calculation speed of a reactive power compensation algorithm, and high optimization and high operational reliability of a capacitor intelligent switching strategy.
