A fabrication method for a light source hidden type helmet shell (100), a shell (100), and a helmet (200). The fabrication method comprises: fixing a transparent substrate sheet (12) at a position to be processed, the substrate sheet (12) comprising a preconfigured light-transmitting area (121) and a light-shielding area (122); providing a screen printing plate (13) and corresponding the screen printing plate (13) with the light-transmittance area (121) in position; forming a color ink layer (14) on the substrate sheet (12) by means of the screen printing plate (13); covering a light-transmitting connecting ink layer (15) on the color ink layer (14) after the screen printing plate (13) is took down to obtain a preformed article; and placing the preformed article in a helmet shell mold to form the helmet shell (100) through vacuum thermoforming. According to the fabrication method for the light source hidden type helmet shell (100), the light source hidden type helmet shell (100) and the helmet (200), the light-transmitting area (121) and the light-shielding area (122) are partitioned on the shell (100) to meshed cover the color ink on the light-transmitting area (121), so that functions of both light transmitting and light shielding are achieved and the practicability of the light source hidden type helmet shell (100) and the helmet (200) are improved.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une coque de casque de type à source lumineuse cachée (100), une coque (100) et un casque (200). Le procédé de fabrication comprend les étapes consistant à : fixer une feuille de substrat transparente (12) à un emplacement à traiter, la feuille de substrat (12) comprenant une zone de transmission de lumière préconfigurée (121) et une zone de protection contre la lumière (122); fournir une plaque de sérigraphie (13) et faire correspondre la plaque de sérigraphie (13) avec la zone de transmission de lumière (121) en position; former une couche d'encre colorée (14) sur la feuille de substrat (12) au moyen de la plaque de sérigraphie (13); recouvrir une couche d'encre de connexion transmettant la lumière (15) sur la couche d'encre colorée (14) une fois la plaque de sérigraphie (13) abaissée pour obtenir un article préformé; et placer l'article préformé dans un moule de coque de casque pour former la coque de casque (100) par thermoformage sous vide. Selon le procédé de fabrication de la coque de casque de type à source lumineuse cachée (100), la coque de casque de type à source lumineuse cachée (100) et le casque (200), la zone de transmission de lumière (121) et la zone de protection contre la lumière (122) sont séparées sur la coque (100) afin de recouvrir l'encre colorée sur la zone de transmission de lumière (121), de telle sorte que les fonctions de transmission de lumière et de protection contre la lumière sont obtenues et l'aspect pratique de la coque de casque de type à source lumineuse cachée (100) et du casque (200) est amélioré.
