Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a perfluoropolyether active component-containing composition, comprising: (1) at least one perfluoropolyether active component simultaneously containing a perfluoropolyether group and a reactive group, wherein the perfluoropolyether active component having a comb structure accounts for 0.2% or more of the total mass of the active component; and (2) at least one tetrafluoroethylene-derived hydrofluoroether which is sufficient to dissolve or disperse the active component in the component (1). The composition also selectively includes one or more other active and/or inactive additive components which can be dissolved in the tetrafluoroethylene-derived hydrofluoroether, and also can include other cosolvents which are miscible with the tetrafluoroethylene-derived hydrofluoroether. The composition can be used for surface treatment of substrates, especially hard substrates, such as optical glass and ceramic, and has an excellent antifouling function; and the tetrafluoroethylene-derived hydrofluoroether has excellent dissolving performance to active components, and almost zero generation of waste gas, waste water, and industrial residues, good safety and environmental protection are realized during synthesis.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition contenant un composant actif à base de perfluoropolyéther, comprenant : (1) au moins un composant actif formé de perfluoropolyéther contenant simultanément un groupe perfluoropolyéther et un groupe réactif, le composant actif à base de perfluoropolyéther présentant une structure en peigne représentant au moins 0,2 % de la masse totale du composant actif ; et (2) au moins un hydrofluoroéther dérivé du tétrafluoroéthylène en quantité suffisante pour dissoudre ou disperser le composant actif dans le composant (1). La composition comprend également et de façon sélective un ou plusieurs autres composants de type additifs actifs et/ou inactifs qui peuvent être dissous dans l'hydrofluoroéther dérivé du tétrafluoroéthylène, et peut également comprendre d'autres co-solvants miscibles avec l'hydrofluoroéther dérivé du tétrafluoroéthylène. La composition peut être utilisée pour le traitement de surface de substrats, en particulier de substrats durs, tels que le verre optique et la céramique, et présente un excellent effet antisalissure ; et l'hydrofluoroéther dérivé du tétrafluoroéthylène présente d'excellents résultats en matière de dissolution des composants actifs et ne génère pratiquement ni gaz résiduaire, ni eaux usées, ni résidus industriels. En outre, la synthèse de ce composé se fait en toute sécurité et dans le respect de l'environnement.
