Abstract:
An intraoperative stent delivery system (100) and an intraoperative stent system. An intraoperative stent (200) comprises a main stent (210) and a branch stent (220) disposed at the main stent (210) and branched outward. The intraoperative stent delivery system (100) comprises: a main liner (111) and a branch liner (112) disposed at the main liner (111). The branch stent (220) is sleevingly mounted on the branch liner (112). The main stent (210) is sleevingly mounted on the main liner (111). The branch liner (112) is rotatably provided at the main liner (111), so as to simultaneously drive the branch stent (220) to rotate relative to the main stent (210). The branch liner (112) rotatble relative to the main liner (111) enables the branch stent (220) to rotate together relative to the main stent (210), such that the branch stent (220) can easily align with a left subclavian artery and be easily implanted during surgery, avoiding the lengthy isolation and suture ligation of the left subclavian artery during an open chest operation and the associated high risks of post-operative complications, thereby reducing surgical difficulties, shortening surgical time and expanding surgical applications.
