Abstract:
(EN) The present application relates to a 1,2,4-triazine based bipolar main material and an application thereof. The 1,2,4-triazine based bipolar main material has a compound having the structure of formula (I), wherein R1-R6 represent substituted or unsubstituted acridinyl, phenothiazinyl, phenoxazine, carbazole, diphenylamine, hydrogen, halogen, and substituted or unsubstituted alkyl. At least one of R1-R6 is substituted or unsubstituted acridinyl, phenothiazinyl, phenoxazine, carbazole, and diphenylamine. The experimental result demonstrates that the compound of the present invention has higher glass-transition temperature than a common main material CBP, and the thermal stability is good; the electroluminescence device prepared by the compound of the present invention is lower in turn-on voltage, higher in current efficiency in the same current density, and more benefit for carrier injection and transport equilibration; and the device prepared by the organic material of the present invention has better electroluminescence performance, and is more aligned with the requirements of a high-performance organic semiconductor device to the main material.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau principal bipolaire à base de 1,2,4-triazine et son application. Le matériau principal bipolaire à base de 1,2,4-triazine a un composé ayant la structure de formule (I), dans laquelle R1-R6 représentent l'acridinyle substitué ou non substitué, phénothiazinyle, phénazine, carbazole, diphénylamine, hydrogène, halogène et alkyle substitué ou non substitué. Au moins l'un de R1-R6 est un acridinyle substitué ou non substitué, phénothiazinyle, phénoxazine, carbazole et diphénylamine. Le résultat expérimental démontre que le composé de la présente invention présente une température de transition vitreuse supérieure à celle d'un matériau CBP principal commun, avec une bonne stabilité thermique ; le dispositif électroluminescent préparé par le composé de la présente invention montre une tension d'activation plus faible, et une efficacité de courant plus forte dans la même densité de courant et est plus utile pour l'injection des porteurs et l'équilibrage de transport ; le dispositif préparé par le matériau organique de la présente invention présente de meilleures performances électroluminescentes, et est plus aligné avec les exigences d'un dispositif semi-conducteur organique à haute performance sur le matériau principal.
(ZH) 本发明涉及一种含有1,2,4-三嗪基团的双极性主体材料及应用,基于1,2,4-三嗪基的双极性主体材料,具有式(I)所述结构的化合物,其中,R1-R6为示为取代或未取代的吖啶基、吩噻嗪基、吩噁嗪基、咔唑、二苯胺、氢、卤素、取代或未取代的烷基。R1-R6至少一个为取代或未取代的吖啶基、吩噻嗪基、吩噁嗪基、咔唑、二苯胺。实验表明,本发明的化合物比常用主体材料CBP具有更高的玻璃化转变温度,热稳定性好;使用本发明化合物的电致发光器件启亮电压更低,在相同电流密度下,电流效率更高,更利于载流子注入和传输平衡,使用本发明的有机材料制备的器件具有更好的电致发光性能,更符合高性能有机半导体器件对主体材料的要求。
