Abstract

An organic electroluminescence device, comprising a cathode (90), an anode (20), and an organic layer; the original layer is one or more of a hole blocking layer (60), an electron transport layer (70), and a light emitting layer (50); the original layer has a compound having the structure of formula (I), wherein R1-R3 represent C1-C4 alkyl or alkoxyl substituted or unsubstituted acridinyl, phenothiazinyl, carbazole, diphenylamine, hydrogen, halogen, and C1-C4 alkyl. The organic electroluminescence device is beneficial to carrier injection and transport equilibration because the adopted bipolar material has higher glass-transition temperature (Tg=158°C), and therefore, the luminous efficiency is high, and the service life is long.

L'invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent organique, comprenant une cathode (90), une anode (20) et une couche organique ; la couche d'origine est une ou plusieurs couches parmi une couche de blocage de trous (60), une couche de transport d'électrons (70), et une couche électroluminescente (50) ; la couche d'origine a un composé ayant la structure de formule (I), où R1 à R3 représentent un acridinyle substitué ou non substitué par alcoxyle ou alkyle en C1 à C4, un phénothiazinyle, un carbazole, une diphénylamine, un hydrogène, un halogène et un alkyle en C1 à C4. Le dispositif électroluminescent organique est avantageux pour l'injection de porteurs et l'équilibrage de transport car le matériau bipolaire adopté présente une température de transition vitreuse supérieure (Tg = 158 °C), et par conséquent, l'efficacité lumineuse est élevée, et la durée de vie est longue.

一种有机电致发光器件,包括阴极(90)、阳极(20)和有机层,该有机层为空穴阻挡层(60)、电子传输层(70)、发光层(50)中的一层或多层,该有机层具有式(I)结构的化合物,其中,R 1-R 3表示为C1-C4烷基或烷氧基取代或未取代的吖啶基、吩噻嗪基、咔唑、二苯胺,氢,卤素,C1-C4烷基。该有机电致发光器件由于采用的双极材料具有较高的玻璃化转变温度(T g=158℃),有利于载流子注入和传输平衡,因此发光效率高,使用寿命长。
