Abstract:
(EN) An organic light-emitting diode device of the present invention comprises a cathode, an anode, and an organic layer. The organic layer comprises a compound having a structure of formula (I), wherein Ar is an N-aryl carbazole, R and R2 are independently selected from hydrogen, a C1-C4 alkyl substituted or unsubstituted by a C1-C4 alkyl, a C2-C4 alkylene substituted or unsubstituted by a C1-C4 alkyl, a C2-C4 alkynyl substituted or unsubstituted by a C1-C4 alkyl, a C6-C10 aryl or aromatic hydrocarbon group substituted or unsubstituted by one or more substituents R1, and a C5-C8 heteroaryl that contains one or more heteroatoms and is substituted or unsubstituted by one or more substituents R1, and R1 is independently selected from fluorine (F), chlorine (Cl), bromine (Br), iodine (I), cyano (CN), and a C1-C4 alkyl. Because an organic host material used in the present invention has a high glass transition temperature and a high thermal stability, a prepared organic light-emitting device has good and stable performance.

La couche organique comprend un composé ayant une structure de formule (I), dans laquelle Ar est un N-aryle carbazole, R et R2 sont indépendamment choisis parmi l'hydrogène, un alkyle en C1 à C4 substitué ou non substitué par un alkyle en C1 à C4, un alkylène en C2 à C4 substitué ou non substitué par un alkyle en C1 à C4, un alcynyle en C2 à C4 substitué ou non substitué par un alkyle en C1 à C4, un groupe aryle en C6 à C10 ou un groupe hydrocarboné aromatique substitué ou non substitué par un ou plusieurs substituants R1, et un hétéroaryle en C5 à C8 qui contient un ou plusieurs hétéroatomes et est substitué ou non substitué par un ou plusieurs substituants R1, et R1 est indépendamment choisi parmi le fluor (F), le chlore (Cl), le brome (Br), l'iode (I), le cyano (CN), et un alkyle en C1 à C4. Étant donné qu'un matériau hôte organique utilisé dans la présente invention présente une température de transition vitreuse élevée et une stabilité thermique élevée, un dispositif électroluminescent organique préparé présente des performances bonnes et stables.
